Very positive, first experience with Vaillancourt Plumbing. Trevor arrived on time and was friendly and worked efficiently. He made an outdoor capped tap functional and made all the necessary adjustments. We were very happy with the service and we will call Vaillancourt Plumbing for any other plumbing issues we have!

Saturday, for most of the day our kitchen was down with a clogged drain. No problem, I have always fixed that. After most of the day working at it I realized I had a more serious problem that required a professional. It is Saturday at 6.00pm. Do those people work today? Do they charge double? I don't know anybody. Can I trust a stranger? I called several but no definite promises, and the one estimated quote was almost double what I eventually paid. I called E,Vaillancourt Plumbing. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Vaillancourt Plumbing. They are a very professional company. The receptionist took all the relevant information so the plumbers are equipped to do the job. They showed up on time and their rates are competitive. They wore disposable booties in the house, used a drop cloth to minimize the mess and cleaned up when they were done. I have never needed to call them back for a problem with their work. I will continue to use this company in the future.
