Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains

My kitchen sink drain was getting pretty slow, so I tried Drano and plunging and that made it much worse. I called Vaillancourt, spoke to a friendly person and explained my problem and Stan was here within an hour. He is a very nice fellow, who knows his job. Everything was left neat and tidy and COVID procedures were followed. He was gone in just over an hour. I have dealt with Vaillancourt before for other issues and have never had a problem with them.

We ended up contacting E. Vaillancourt after hiring another plumber who did a sloppy job leaving us with a leak in our tub. I called Vaillancourt, they were polite on the phone and able to set me up with an appointment promptly. The plumbers showed up on time, were very friendly and fixed what the other plumber had messed up. I was very surprised to receive a follow up call today ensuring I was happy with the work done. Reliable company, I highly recommend.

First time I ever had to call a plumber Thought I would be in for a nightmare like you always hear how things go bad But I was unexpectedly surprised. Shane was excellent! Did a great job , made me feel comfortable and didn’t bother him my dogs wanted to help. I would highly recommend Vaillancourt !! Ask for Shane You won’t be disappointed!
