We have been with Dry Country Gas this time since 2006 . The office personnel are helpful ,polite and professional. Any issues I thought I had were addressed immediately and professionaly. Their service has been the best gas provider we have used over the last 45 years. So I'm buying a few things to make dinner for the fam, my sister "whom I'm staying with" gave me the coop # and I forgot. My cashier "amazing customer service! Cheerfully looked it up for me. The other lady at the comp she was using to look up the # rudely said he can't use someone else's # when I explained I was staying in this household she would not even awknowlage I spoke not even a look. I worked CS back in PEI Managing 67 people. This was rude and uncalled for. If this is policy change it!

Every time I go their they're always nice to me when I enter the mac store minus not like every time their in a bad mood but it's not their fault if their in a bad mood in a certain day maybe they didn't get enough sleep or something you people shouldn't get annoyed at the staff if their in a bad mood. Shame on you people for putting down put downs to the staff they don't deserver your disrespect for when their in a bad mood just treat them with respect for when their in a bad mood.
