I just had a mattress delivered this afternoon on the day Loomis told me it would be here. They kept me updated on when it was shipped to the Regina Terminal, when it arrived, and when it was on the truck for delivery. The guy who delivered it was courteous and carried it up some steps and put it in the house where I wanted it despite its weight and bulk. My experience with Loomis was all positive.
My only question is why only one guy with a big truck carrying heavy freight.
