I am so impressed with the staff at Apel Auto! The first time I called, they had me come in right away and quickly repaired an item. Since then, they are where I go when I have a problem with my car, as well as for car maintenance. The staff is friendly and professional.
Most importantly, I can trust what their technicians say about my car. They remember my make and model when I call to make an appointment, and are accomodating. Plus, you get orchids when your car is finished servicing!

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. Great experience with Josh and the whole team at eagle ridge gm. Everything was easy, everyone was friendly and the service was great. While searching for a new truck I looked around at a few different dealerships and instead of listening to me and getting me into the vehicle I was looking for, they all tried to pressure me into something extremely expensive. It was totally different with Josh at eagle ridge. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I will be back for sure.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
