I am semi-bedridden and hard to get around, this wonderful company was out and took such good care of me. The gentleman that came was so quick and so courteous, the owner Dan was wonderful and so helpful in Helping me . They are really great, I can’t say enough about them.
Have had them for a new job and excellent service and so. Courteous , I can’t say enough about this company. A lot of businesses today treat their customers terribly not this company I can’t thank them enough .

Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning.
I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I will be definitely calling them in the future, not just after completing renos!

Excellent service! Had my water tank leak right before the long weekend. Colin came out right away and Dave installed a new tank less than 24 hours later. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
