I highly recommend this place for your furniture and appliance needs . Lori and her staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding to.your needs. I first rented an item when I was a single mom on my own and they were very helpful. And many years later still a customer and recommend to friends and family. I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. We went 48 hours without water. Something went wrong in our water well. Originally had a company (I will not mention the name here) booked to come and look at our well but they never showed up and told us they were too busy. We called almost everyone in our area and surrounding areas. It was either they were too busy (Water Well business must be very lucrative), they wouldn’t come to our area, no one returned my calls, or there was no answer. We were about to give up when I called The Plumbing Pros in Barrie and even though he couldn’t help us with our particular water problem, he took the time out of his busy schedule to call his suppliers to see if he can find someone for me. He called me back within 10 minutes with some recommendations. Because of this small act of kindness, we were able to get our water fixed! Thank you Plumbing Pros for going above and beyond the call of duty to help someone in need!!
