We had a bad experance from start to finish. We bought a new fridge and had trouble the day after delivery called Bad Boy they never once called back. After 5 service calls the fridge is working.We talked to there complaints Guy from toronto who was going to try and get us an extended warrinty for all our trouble he never called back. We will never shop there again.

The online order system is very cumbersome, however, the staff at the Hyde Park store were extremely helpful and resolved all issues very quickly.
