1 ) More small carts. in a store with a walkin clinic there should be paper towel at the meat freezer section or wipes, hand sanitizer, more paper towel and sanitizer at the carts and on the stair case rail, holding the rail when flu is rampant, plus anything else that is easy to catch
2) Service is very good, and prompt with all cash lanes guaranteed to be open at the weekend
3) Price matching makes it a lot more affordable than some other stores
4) The washrooms are very clean

I want to first give a 5 star review on this locations bakery, especially the Decorator, Michelle J. Shes detail-oriented, passionate, friendly, and creative. I had two custom cakes done by her and I wont go anywhere else now. They also have unbeatable prices!
*This location has a great selection and at good prices because they now price match ALL competitors!

A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

Fantastic! An excellent Fortinos Location. The staff is extremely helpful. The photo centre is phenomenal, I had the most wonderful experience getting my childrens baptism photos done here! I highly recommend this location for doing your photographs whether its for Easter, Christmas or any special occasion! From the moment I called to make the appointment I was greeted with such a pleasant person. I also got the baptism cake from here and it turned out so lovely. They customized it perfectly.

Great service in general today, Dec. 24th; special kudos to the younger generation at checkout (all smiles). I have been shopping here for close to 2 years. I have observed improvements in Customer Service and the quality and variety of their produce which are important to me. Having shopped at other No Frills in the GTA region that are bigger and cater to a more diverse ethnic population, I can't complain too much about the lack of variety in their dry goods. I like that No Frills provides price matching and rainchecks. My rating is really 3 1/2 stars but there is no 1/2 star available.
