Tim did a long overdue maintenance of our furnace. This annual service is part of our oil delivery contract, but the previous contractor was doing a truly terrible job. Tim spent easily 4 times longer cleaning the furnace and water heater than anybody ever before - not because of being slow, but rather thorough. He has also tested both for performance and fine tuned them. My oil provider may not like it, but I do see a big difference in efficiency of the furnace this winter after Tim’s job.

After replacing our complete heating & a/c system, we had an ongoing problem with our programable thermostat which McCrea’s replaced under warranty. The system worked well for awhile until after a power outage, it failed. With no manufacturers support, McCrea changed it outright to another system which is performing well to date. Kevin & Chris are very professional & supported us through the lengthy process to finally make our system work well. We remain a very satisfied customer.
