Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.

Archival paper, art paper, origami paper, writing paper, note paper and paper cards they have all kinds on offer. For the more daring they even have the supplies you need to make your own paper. I had my wedding invitations, save-the-date, and day-of items done by paper poet. I went with a letterpress gold-foil. They did a very cool job of creating a "family crest" combining my and my husbands actual family crests.
They were very accommodating with several changes due to COVID delays, and I appreciate the understanding.

We have used Mollies Stationary store for many years, since 2004, and they have always been very friendly and in fact, often greet you when you come into the store. They are quite attentive, and often hold my mail even when it overflows my PO Box. Service is often above and beyond. Sometimes, when the store is quite busy, they still manage to be very accommodating to the customers.
