It would be nice if you could get someone to answer the phone when customers call. And if the staff was maybe a bit better trained in the art supplies they are selling. I dont expect them to be experts, but not even knowing that all paper is different is kinda shocking. Maybe little training classes every once in a while. Other then that, and the pack of $70 markers that were dried that you refused to exchange, I usually dont have any problems.
