Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, personable from the first call to the last check of the system, throughout the diagnostic appointment and then the repair session. He was even mindful of the heat-wave coming this weekend when scheduling the repair for the air conditioning. Fair and affordable. Everything that is usually hard to find and valuable to a customer.
