Never disappointed ?

Never had any problems! Some packages come later than usual but at least I have them! :) And I've ordered from a certain company that works with them. Love that they ask for signature and i.d! Thanks ups for making sure all my packages came safely ^.^

Worst services ever!!!! I am expecting the shipment since 5th October and it’s 12 today and no sign of delivery!!!

Utterly ridiculous service. I won't use UPS personally, because I've had so many bad experiences, but sometimes I have to receive packages through them. Employees are rude, lazy and incapable of thinking outside the scripts they're given (even at supervisor level).

Terrible. For a mis-delivered package, out of LaChine, they are not even able to contact the delivery vehicle to find out what has happened. They advise to call the sender not themselves!!! "Not my fault" to an extreme. CP Kirkland Qc

Pire service a vie

Très mauvais service, 3 livraison sans laisser aucun avis, obliger de courir après nos colis au centre de service dont les gens agisse comme si il se foutait de leur travail. Bravo UPS, le pire service de livraison jamais rencontrer. Je spécifiait au vendeur eBay et autre de ne plus jamais envoyer par UPS pour sure.
