Walked into the showroom - I have honestly never experienced such horrible customer service and the price I got quoted made me laugh out loud

Had a door and la...

Had a door and large bay window installed and have had nothing but problems since the beginning. They never show when they say they are going to show, customer service is horrible and no one knows what's going on. The bay window was not even installed they way we were orginially told it was going to be installed. Now our door and around the window are leaking cold air in the middle of the winter, and we can't seem to get anyone to come out and stay long enough to fix it. Someone has come out once to fix but didn't have the proper materials and never came back. I would definitely not recommend using them as a company!

This place should be closed down. Door I ordered was 2 months late. They called to say it was ready for pickup so I tried to pick it up but there was no glass in it. They called the following week to say it was ready. Got there to find out the glass was wrong and not available in what I had ordered. The sill plate at bottom of the door was made with rotten wood so now I have to try and replace it before installing door. I had no choice but to keep the door, the company did not care at all.
