    I called to get my son home from Whitby to Oshawa, and the dispatcher was very rude to me when i called back and hung up on me, seems like they are a bunch of Ding Dongs at Bell, circle taxi was much nicer.

    Extremely rude, m...

    Extremely rude, my friend and I waited 30 minutes for a taxi and after calling to confirm they claimed that they apparently waited 10 minutes for us then decided to leave, we waited out in the cold for them, it was impossible for us to miss them but they made their claim otherwise, the man I talked to was extremely rude when I called back despite me being polite and just asking to confirm if the taxi was on the way, I will NEVER call this taxi service again.

    I live in Whitby ...

    I live in Whitby and have called Bell taxi a few times. The drivers are okay but the dispatcher is very rude. Her customer service is awful and she has hung up on me when I how long the wait would be. I will never call Bell taxi for a ride again.
