I had purchase a LG Dishwasher and I had purchase a 4 year warranty too. Issue: The LG Dishwasher will not fit in the area in my kitchen. I also paid 99.00 for someone to quote me install cost. Dishwasher still intact inside box. Not opened.Leon's will only fund me less then half of what I paid for at 1036.10. $340.00 of that lost out of my pocket. I will never deal with Leon's again!!!

We bought a mount for our tv only to discover that the mount was too small.. We were told any issues come back...we paid..got to truck ..realized the measurement was off..went back to store told point blank.. Once you pay in full cash and leave store no returns..no in store credit...nothing...responsibility.of purchaser..?.. to what?... If I had purchased a light and got it home and it didntcwork..I wouldnt be able to return it?... Bad business Leons!!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The manager wont help you out at all. They take your money then when it comes to delivering the purchase item they have every excuse as to why they wont. They took advantage of my elderly grandparents. Dont do business with these people.

Bad customer service. If you need something delivered within a certain time of day, its apparently not possible with them. Will not buy from them again.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought a new sectional and queen mattress from them and are still waiting to receive them. Was supposed to get delivered March 13.... now the 23.... and now they call to say it’s going to be another week because they only deliver to our area on Thursdays. Neither of the other two dates were a Thursday so we’re confused. Customer service was no help. We’re considering just buying somewhere else. Don’t waste your time people.

Bought a couch with warranty worth just under $3000.00. Couch broke within 4 months of use. Called to get it fixed under manufacture warranty in January 2018. Employees gave my wife the run around with excuses. Telling her they are waiting on manufacturer go ahead to fix the piece. Told my wife she was responsible to call the manufacturer and figure it out.10 months later it was fixed, but breaking in the same spot once again. Still not getting phone calls back or questions answered.

Television

I ordered a tv at the beginning of January, a week later they called and said it was in, I got there and they said it was damaged, it was the floor model. It's now almost the end of January and I still haven't gotten it. They can't tell me where it is or how much longer until it's delivered. Not impressed.

Quick delivery, great service, great mattress. Recently, I purchased a mattress from Leon's, which is the perfect combination of comfort and support. The best thing about this store is that they have an honest staff that is not focused on just sales, but also takes good care of their customers.

I purchased a mirror for my bedroom a year ago and it's still in good condition. I think Leon's has excellent products and great service. The staff is also knowledgeable and very helpful. I am extremely happy with my experience and would recommend them to other people looking for quality products.

Yesterday I visited the Leon's furniture store in Thunder Bay to purchase a coffee table and got one at a very affordable price. It was an incredible shopping experience. My sales person was really nice and he worked with me to find the table I was looking for. The whole experience, from beginning to end, was simply a pleasure. Will definitely use them in the future!

Great products and affordable prices. I purchased a sofa from them 3 years ago and it’s still in great condition. I am really pleased with the customer service and would definitely come to buy more!

I wish I could give a lower star. The service I received from this location was the worst service I have ever received in my life. Not only were they rude, they delivered the wrong mattress and tried to tell me that that was what I ordered. A worker by the name of Tanner tried to convince me that a double and a queen size mattress were the same size. Odd, isn't it, that the queen size mattress protector I purchased at the same time did not fit the "double" mattress I supposedly ordered.

Best place for furniture in Thunder Bay

I am very pleased with all aspects of my last sofa purchase from Leon's. The sofa looks great and came at a much lower price than I expected. Their customer service was top notch, as well.

Leon’s furniture - great store

I would like to share my experience while shopping at the Leon's store in Thunder Bay. The sales staff couldn't be more helpful. They never pressured me like in the other stores. All they were interested in was making sure I was happy. I looked around the store, and I was very impressed with the quality and variety of furniture they had. I ended up buying a sofa bed for my living room. I really liked the professionalism of the staff and the sofa bed they delivered.

Highly recommended! We recently purchased a new storage bed at this location. The price was great and the staff was very friendly and ready to assist. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I was at the right place for my furniture needs. Fully satisfied!

Bought a washing ...

Bought a washing machine(not a cheap one)the pump did not work and flooded my basement. I got a OH WELL and 100.00 restocking fee...
