    They are very slow and specially the Service desk peoples dint know how to behave and customer service. Very Very bad.

    very poor time management. Patients need to wait as long as 3 hours more than the appointment time. I have a very bad experience

    normally they don't pick-up the phone. If they do so then you will be a lucky bone. To make an appointment or other things you have to go there office and it's a long waiting too.
