I had Home & Cottage install a wood stove in 2018. I recently had an incident that required their assistance.  I offered to pay a deposit or even prepay for a service call or quote.  I have phoned, left messages, sent emails & photos explaining my request.  I even managed a few conversations wherein they said they would get back to me. I am still waiting for them since March. BEWARE! Their aftermarket service is horrible!

They came right away when I called my 30 yr old hot water heater finally died. They came right away and installed high efficiency. I got a top notch commercial grade heater. The techs are smart and do a neat professional job. I will use this company for all my natural gas appliances. Top Notch.
