We have had the worst experience dealing with this dealership and head office after buying a 2014 Sorento. Too long a story to go into but we had problems from the start,took it in 3 times, and were told to turn the car off and on and it would reset the problem. Of course, this was when the car was under warranty. Then, they denied we ever took it in!. I refused to deal with Kia after this. Way more to the story..not enough room to write. Btw, Kias solution? Trade it in for a new 45k Kia...!
