Got me in for service right away and had it finished earlier than expected! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The dealership is well organized and provides good service and sale department support! Quicklube location is great for the fast in and out of vehicle including a courtesy car wash!

Worst service experience ever. Repeated returns for the same issue, and they continue to fail to address it. But worse, they will not return my calls or emails. On the second return they tried to say that the problem was my fault. On the third return, they tried to say that Ford would not honour the warranty. I contacted Ford to learn that this was a lie. After three years of this, I have now given up on ever getting it fixed, which I suppose was their hope all along.

Great service centre. I have used Oakland for more than 10 years and have all of my vehicles of all makes serviced here. They are fast, courteous and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Don’t buy here. Go to other Ford Dealership, I bought a car here and buy ever warranty. If you buy a used car your tires will worn out less than 2000 kms because they will tell you it still passed the safety but in long term you will have to change tires in just a short time.
