i had similar experience with this company: they lost a shirt late last year and they did nothing about compensating me. I brought in my receipt and they said they would call me once they found it. They never returned my calls and no refund as I paid them in advance.

I have been going to Snow White dry cleaners for many years. I also use them for alterations. I will be sure to continue using them for many more years :)

Terrible Service

I DO NOT recommend going to this dry cleaner. I sent in a business dress, and they lost the string on my dress. They not only refused to reimburse, but also refund me on my dry cleaning services. They stated numerous times they would call me to let me know if they did, but not once did I receive a call. Overall, it was such a horrible experience that I really don't want anyone else to go through.
