    I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! We pay for our alarm and it beeps non- stop. We call for service - they don’t return calls. Our alarm goes off and they don’t even call the house 9/10 times. If they do call it’s a small act of God if they ask for our password! Honestly cannot wait for my contract to be up - I’m so disappointed with their lack of customer service! I question why I pay them and what service they provide that I am Paying for?!

    The gentleman that was here setting up our new system was very helpful on explaining everything to us. API tries to make there clients very happy
