    Called Dave after...

    Called Dave after finding out what was thought to be a squirel ended up being a nest of German wasps. Dave came in and was thorough and knowledgable. After inspection we noticed that the wasps had eaten everything but the paint in the bathroom ceiling!!!! Yikes. It took some work but he got the job done . His work was above and beyond. Effective and tidy. He made sure he went the extra mile . Dave thank you for all of your help. You made my day. Customer service is what you focus on. Our house i

    This merchant was...

    This merchant was supposed to provide a service between 1pm and 4pm today. He did not show up, and when we contacted him, he indicated he would be at our property to complete the work between 5 pm and 7pm. He still has not arrived, and is not responding to our calls. I can understand that he may be busy, but I had to take time off work for him to not show up. This is a complete waste of both of our time. We are disappointed.

    We have used Paramount Pest Control for years and the level of service is still excellent. Dave is very knowledgeable and professional and he gets the job done. This time it was a nest of yellow jackets under our deck. Dave came out at 10pm on a Sunday to kill the nest. Thank you so much.

    We discovered we ...

    We discovered we had a gigantic wasp nest in our backyard one evening. We phoned Paramount Pest Control and explained our situation, including that our next door neighbor had severe allergies to bees and wasps. Dave Saunders was at our door within the hour and eliminated the nest. Dave was friendly, polite,extremely knowledgeable and fairly priced. We would definitely recommend this company to others.
