The new superintendent is mean and rude!

Worst management. Reported not working electric outlets and broken appliances, not repaired until we left the building after 5 years. Indoor garage is like an abandoned building, filthy!!! Cement patches all over the walkways and driveways!

The worst company. They are working with developers and get $ to manage their condos. THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB managing.

The worst place to live supervisor very unrespectful with tenants putting so many rules but when is about us telling them something "they are always changing" but i don't see change on nothing, laundry still the same! carpets on the halls never been clean .entrance of the bulding is very slippery,

Terrible management. Slow in response. No respect for tenants.
