Worst walk in clinic EVER...Dr. Rai treats patents like a herd of animals. I couldn’t even open my mouth for a second before shutting me down with his rudeness. It was a total waste of time. Dr. Rai is a jerk towards his patients and very unprofessional. We are paying for our healthcare and Dr. Rai needs to learn he is working for us NOT the other was around. Shame on you Dr. Jerk (RAI)

Today I was there. The physician treated me like a jerk. The whole time he spent with me was 2 minutes, he didn't even tell me his name. First, the registration lady took me into the laundry room for taking my history; she asked me to go another room wait for the physician, a man with a mask with the laptop in hands came in without introducing himself and asked if I have a cough, to which I answered yes. He then told me to sit there, and he removed my mask with a popsicle stick with a disgusted

Worst experience Ive ever had while visiting a doctors office! Dr. Rai has terrible bed side manner, did not even allow me to finish explaining my symptoms before diagnosing me with saying nothing is wrong and I cannot do anything for you. He was rude, aggressive and did not respect me. How does a guy like this still have a license? He should not be a doctor. Had to go to a different doctors office to get a puffer for a chest infection. Do not go here!!!

I have never encountered such a condescending, rude and dismissive individual. Upon walking into his EMPTY office, I was rushed back into an exam room and greeted with rapid fire questions from Dr. Rai before I had even fully entered the room. I did not even hear him tell me his name. He barely even looked at me let alone assessed me before typing away madly on his laptop. Hardly had an opportunity to explain my concern fully before he went on a condescending rant. What a waste of tax payer $!

Very rude doctor and should be investigated on where he got his degree. Worst experience ever. Never go here. How can someone with a medical degree in Canada be so rude. This is a disgrace to your education.
