    We had Joe Bodnar...

    We had Joe Bodnar do three projects at our house. First a large renovation doing a finished basement. The workmanship was outstanding, whether it was the framing, drywall, taping, sanding, and painting. Price was very good too, and Joe worked seamlessly with all trades. The finished basement looks excellent! We then had him do a full fence replacement (picture shown) and tiling in our kitchen (picture shown). We intend to use him for some work at our cottage too! Highly recommended!

    Our bathroom make...

    Our bathroom makeover was completed by Joe from JMB Home Renovations on time and we are very happy with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend Joe for any tile work as the floor and tub surround look amazing. The bathroom was completely gutted and all new fixtures were installed in the promised time frame and the project was on budget. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and Joe's attention to detail.

    We have used JMB ...

    We have used JMB Home Renovations to do 2 separate projects in our home. We hired Joe to do a complete gutting, remodel and renovation on our ensuite master bathroom as well as our main floor powder room. He listened to our vision for what we wanted the space to look and feel like and assisted us with redesigning the space for the best use possible. Joe was a part of the process from start to finish and assisted us with choosing all the right supplies. His cost stayed true to his quoted prices and the length of time for completion of the reno was spot on. Joe consulted with us every day and let us know what we could expect through every step. He was an absolute professional through both projects and we are already planning our next renovation with JMB Home Renovations in mind.

    Joe does such an ...

    Joe does such an awesome job. We've had him do 3 jobs in our home. I can't remember how many people we've referred Joe to but will continue to do so. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Joe for a great renos. Gary& Mary Parsons
