Loved red lobster until now!!

I brought my family (2 boys and husband) to red lobster to have a dinner out and do ever regret it! We waited for over an hour with two small children. We still had not received our dinner and proceeded to get up to leave when our waitress came. I asked her to pack it all up due to the fact our kids were restless and it was 7 pm. The manager then came up to me and proceeded to tell me we had only been there for 30 mins and its not her problem we may have had to wait to be seated. That was not the case at all we wait less then 5 mins to be seated. I couldn't believe how rude she was. Not a good example to set for the employees to say the least! I used to love coming there but after the way I was treated I will never be returning!! Awful service not impressed!

Restaurant with a heart!

I want to thank Kimmie, our server for outstanding service! My sister and I were treating my ill Uncle and Aunt to a very special take-out lunch. She thought of everything and more to include, even the lobster bibs. The day was more than special and primarily it was due to her thoughtfullness! A big WOOHOO! for Kimmie and the staff of Red Lobster Kingston!

going down hill

i used to go more often, but it seems to be going downhill. the servers are awesome despite the worst management of any non-owner run restaurant in kingston. Service is good. kitchen is going downhill. i like the lobster bisque. and i like how making substitution and changes is always so easy. I still go once in a while as it is a cheap meal, but i don't go in expecting much so it turns out okay. don't bother complaining to the management.

The meal (lunch) was really good and was cheap, but it was really small, so if you're hungry like me, you might wanna order 2 things. The biscuit appetizers they give you were amazing.

not bad

my chicken sandwich was really good, but it was quite small for the price i paid... there weren't that many fries on the plate (and i would expect alot for 8.99) and the bun was really small... about the size of my palm. nevertheless, it was good. my family thoroughly enjoyed their meal, and the biscuits that the give you for starters are AMAZING!! service was excellent.. had a waitress named Nikki and she was extremely knowledgeable and warm. might go back (not a seafood lover so there wasn't a whole load of choice to choose from but the selection isnt bad)
