Bay King Chrysler

We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass. Krystal was fantastic & took care of all the details and treated us like old friends. From the test drive, to picking up the vehicle, they were all pleasant, stress free, no hassle or gimmick or pressure visits. We are very pleased with the staff and management at Bay King and will continue to buy all our vehicles there.

Another Lousy Experience

I bought a replacement emergency brake pedal assembly which broke shortly after it was installed. It's warrantied for 2 years. I went back for a replacement and had to buy another assembly so I could switch it out and return the old one. After removal and replacement took part back for refund under warranty. Turns out only Parts Manager can do refund. Wasted trip, no mention of this anywhere. Complained to Bay King and no reply. Stay away, 2 other dealers in Hamilton.

Love the new building, especially the Jeep built into the floor. The open concept is very welcoming. We dealt with Sue and she provided excellent service and took the time to answers all of our questions. We definitely recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family.

I highly recommend Bay King. Prior to my experience here, I've only bought cars under the $5k marker - so this was a big and stressful decision to get a "real car". Right away they heard my concerns and what I was looking for.
