EXCELLENT, SERVICE...

The service at Bella Couture is 2nd to none. Not only were they the ONLY store that offered help in finding me a dress, without the attitude of "you don't have an appointment", but the dress we found was very reasonably priced. When the dress arrived the manufacturer had sent the wrong one, so Levina and Nelia helped me find a dress, which they completely re-made, altered, and made me a vey happy Bride. This is not my first wedding so I wasn't looking for a typical wedding dress. My dress is beautiful and I would recommend Bella Couture wholeheartedly. Thanks so much ladies. Sarah Fleming

Terrible experience

I walked into this store with my sister in hopes of finding her dream prom dress. We saw a customer trying on a dress that my sister really liked, so naturally she asks the sales person (I'm assuming the owner) the price. The price was steep, however my sister was still intrigued and asked who the designer was. The sales lady proceeded to say the name, which was foreign to us so we asked "how do you spell that?". She then smirks, points to the door and says "come back when you're ready to buy then I will tell you how to spell it". Unbelievable. I am telling everyone I know not to walk into that store. How can you expect to earn and retain customers this way?
