This was by far the worst service we've had at...

This was by far the worst service we've had at the restaurant. The food as usual was really good. The server forgot one of our guests salads and didn't notice. She didn't even check back to the table until our mains were up. None of us had beverages left after our apps but either the server didn't notice or just didn't care. Two of us had requested water with our drinks which was never delivered to the table. The same individual whose salad was missed was also shorted the menu stated side Tzatziki. She asked the waitress for this upon delivery of our mains and was brought a tiny plastic cup and then charged $.50 for. My husband had requested a side orderof tzatziki in addition to the bit on his plate which never arrived either. We would have loved to bring this to the waitresses attention if she had bothered to check on us at all through our meal - we could not in fact see her at all in the restaurant. Another couple of diners actually had to go look for her in the kitchen to get their bill. A sidenote to the owner/hostess. Try saying hello to regulars. We have eaten at your restaurant 13- 14 times in the last 6 weeks and haven't once had you say hello or even smile in our direction.

Food was no better than I can cook - so why would I go out for it. Service although polite was very generic. Greek food is out anyway - no one is impressed with slovaki or mousaka - its for pesants.

Went for a luch meeting and was sat a some make shift table for 6. I was embarrassed by the table and the treatment of my guests, not to mention the food took almost 30 mins at lunch. I will not bring guests here anymore.

Made reservations for 8:30 and arrived at...

Made reservations for 8:30 and arrived at 8:15. Watched as group after group was seated before us regardless of when they arrived. Finally sat at 9:05pm after complaining to the manager. The waitress was friendly and efficient but the kitchen was completely inept on this night. We received our dinners at 10:20pm, an hour and 20 minutes after sitting. The owner was present and seemed unconcerned about our problems throughout the night. I worked in restaurants for over 10 years in my youth.. it boggles my mind that after the night we had, the owner did not take care of part of the cheque or at least offer desserts. THe only saving grace was the waitress who had the decency to appear embarassed. We have been coming here for years but today was finally the last straw. The owner of Sotiris needs to realize that service and perception are everything in business. If it appears that you do not care about your customers, your customers will not care about you. We will not return and advise others to not return as well.
