Very good prices and always helpful staff

Prices are mostly reasonable, and there is usually lots of selection, but each type of shoe only seeems to be available in one or two sizes. Its frusterating.

Love Al's! I'm from out of town and make a special point to visit the store whenever I'm home. Great selection, great prices& quality, great staff!

This company is dishonest and money hungry. Their staff are constantly trying on shoes while they work so when customers purchase shoes they are already worn. I bought a pair of shoes here and asked if I could return them if they didn't fit. I was assured I could get store credit/exchange if so. They didn't fit and I returned them unworn. They refused to take them or offer me any compensation. Now I'm stuck with expensive shoes I can't wear.

I had a problem with my Bogs boots. I talked with Jeff and had professional, expedient and respectful customer service. I would recommend this merchant to purchase foot wear. There is always plentiful of staff to assist with your questions and answers at this store.

I had to write a review of this establishment, my sister and myself both work in the health profession.my sister purchased a pair of shoes from here and they started to peel because I work around water, and needless to say they were not cheap price wise. I sent them back to her and she sent them to the store but they had no warranty as they said. Absolutely terrible staff and service. Always have a wide selection of shoes but the staff are awful. Unfriendly and miserable. An older woman tried helping me but stood there half the time chatting to her other employee. She gave me attitude and stood there angrily with her arms crossed as if I was a problem. She kept cutting me off and was SO rude. I don't know how that woman has a job in customer service. Fire half the amount of staff and let the customers just help themselves. If you can avoid shopping at Al's - I highly recommend somewheres else. The service is terrible and every time I go in there it's the same story and same terrible experience.
