Best restaurant I've been to. I love the other on Kennedy too. They have awesome food I I really recommend this restaurant. The service is really nice and the food is better than the other Vietnamese restaurants.
Today's lunch at Saigon House on West Drive was a disaster. I am a very positive individual but the way the waitress served me and showed her poor attitude was unacceptable. The young waitress was very rude and the service was bad. The food used to be good, but not today. I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. If you want respect and good service, stay away from this " restaurant".
Used to LOVE this restaurant. After my experience last Thursday will not eat there again! Walked in to a strong smell of chemical that they spray on the garbage to keep the smell down. Mind you, it is summer so I kind of get it. Go to the washroom, it's filthy.
We write our order down. Girl comes, no "Hello" no nothing. Drops off the drinks, again nothing. Back a third time to throw the appetizer on the table. Only two out of the three meals came. Fruit smoothie I ordered never showed up either.
At the end, no bill, no service (I had to get my own take out trays) and the bill from the servers counter. When I go up to the front to pay I then explain that we only got half of what we ordered, which she charged me for! The two servers then get in a fight over whether I got half the food I ordered.
Needless to say, I will never go back.

I LOVE vietnamese food. As a perpetual student I adored the incredible value and as a healthcare worker I adore the comfortfood aspect the day after a night shift. I have eaten vietnamese food all over ontario and always enjoyed it. Saigon House, however, raises the experience to new heights. They find the ideal Hot Sour Salty Sweet in every dish and leave each plate overflowing with delicious vegetables and tender meats. And the mango shakes are fresh. yum....

I absolutely LOVE Thai food. I’ve been to a couple of places but Saigon House tops them all. I think I’m there 3 sometimes 4 times a week and I have yet to get bored of it.
They offer so many different options you hardly find yourself ordering the same thing twice. Ad the fact that they have the most incredible Vietnamese soups and you got your self a gold mine. I highly recommend this restaurant.
