The Cosmetic Department is terrifically helpful. They continually try and find the best, most economical product for their client. I have dealt with them for a number of years and they have never steered me wrong or had me buy anything I didn’t use entirely. All of the staff is quite willing to try something on you first before you buy it.
No complaints about the store, but the pharmacy here is ATROCIOUS.
There have been at least ten times in the past year where they have lost prescriptions, never bothered to fill prescriptions, have filled the wrong prescriptions, etc. On one particular occasion, I made 5 separate trips in and waited in store over 2 hours for one single prescription to be filled. There always seems to be enormous confusion among the staff. I have finally decided to switch pharmacies. SDM - do better.
