Sold me a fake Zelda orcarina of time. Check the code on the front of the game and the front and back mold dont even line up.
Good afternoon Al, this is the owner of Power Up Gaming. We pay a consistent amount for our games which is the highest amounts in the area. In 7 years, we have never had a counterfeit game leave our store or ever had someone say they received one. We take care of our customers so if it is true then why have you not contacted us? my husband has been able to get games he cant find anywhere else and everyone is friendly
Good afternoon Rich, we try to give the best trade-in credit possible and I am confident that if we gave an amount then it is higher then anyone else in the area. Unfortunately we get a lot of people in that feel their stuff is worth more then we are willing to pay but the good news is, the customer has the choice to walk away. We don't force anyone to sell or trade to us. As far as rude employees, this is the first time I have ever had someone mention this and would love to hear more about it.

Amazing business! Highly recommend checking them out as I just went in and grabbed almost $300 worth of games that were at least 20% higher at Video Time. There selection is great. Not sure what everyone is moaning about but trust me, you will appreciate everything they have to offer.
