CARSTAR Barrie - Autobahn

POOR customer service . Vehicle returned has a shake above 110km/hr (it was hit in front end drivers side) daughter was told to take it somewhere else to have it diagnosed . Vehicle is approx 7 months . They just did a 8k repair on it and this is their answer.POOR POOR Service . NOT recommended.

Very Poor customer service and poor quality work

Excellent people to deal with. The other day in heavy fog a vehicle in front of me braked hard and came to full stop on Hwy, causing me to have to do the same. I had a crock pot full of soup which ended up ALL OVER the inside of my car. Vanessa and their crew were great to deal with and the job they did on my vehicle on such short notice was amazing! Thank you all. Highly recommend these folks!
