I am trying to stop my online subscription. I have sent at least 4 messages. I see there is no after-hours phone line. My messages go unanswered.

I have been online for hours over several days trying to talk to customer service!!! what happened to someone answering a phone??? All our agents..... where are they?.....

Very poor service only getv3 paper a week not the day we are suppose to called several times nothing done called today April 7 still never got Wednesday paper what kind of people have you got working been getting paper 45 years this is the worse it been

This is the most outrageous business I have ever dealt with. Calls on Friday and Monday with call back system taking over 3 hours each day and issue still not dealt with. I still do not have a paper or online access. This is very poor service. Plus I submitted an online request and have received nothing from this. Please get a real live person answering your calls.

two hours on hold i do not think they have a call center .will not be renewing .
