Blue Burger
8 oz Island ground beef on a soft bun. Topped with blue cheese, sautéed mushrooms,
caramelized onions, house BBO sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
Chicken Bacon burger
Grilled chicken breast on a soft bun, topped with bacon, mozzarella cheese, lettuce and tomato,and secret sauce.
When in season, these menu items will be served with new boiled Island potatoes and fresh Island vegetables instead of the tossed salad.
