I had called 3 other companies on the day I lost my keys, all of whom had said they couldn't help me. I called this locksmith and he answered and said of course he could come help. He showed up within the hour, and was extremely respectful. I am a single woman living on my own so I had a few concerns about letting a man into my home while I was alone, but I did not need to worry because he was very safe and I did not feel uneasy at any time. I would recommend this locksmith above all.

Wish our experience had been so positive. Contacted this locksmith (Doug) on September 29th. Said he'd be by to look at the job in the next day or so. Took him til October 3rd to get there, finished the job today (the 4th) and left me appalled by his disparaging comments about young people (our daughter) and in tears of frustration at the delays and threats to bill for additional time because I couldn't get him my credit card information immediately once he'd finished (I was in mid-commute.)

Needed a locksmith after hours. Legendary was the only ones happy and willing to help a senior lady that had her purse stolen while shopping. She lost all her credit cards and keys for both her car and her house. She called pats and was told she needed cash. She called Legendary instead. All she had access to was a check at her house. Doug gave her a ride home to let her in, changed her locks, and then gave her a ride back to her car with her spare key. We need more people like this.

I called them when I locked the keys In my truck and they were fast polite and helpful. In the end I didnt end up using there service but the locksmith called me on his own time to make sure I had made it home safe. These guys are the real deal 10/5
