Actually, I find the staff at Scotia Bank quite rude. I find their automated system horrible. I can phone the branch but am always sent to a representative that is located in another part of the country. I am always put on hold (15-minutes or longer). When I finally get to a real person and transferred to the branch, I end up having to leave a message and wait for a return call which takes up to 24-hours. Thank God that I deal with other banks that consider customer service a priority.
