I've been seeing...

I've been seeing Fern and her staff for almost 15 years and I couldn't be happier. I have dealt with many services in my life and Fern by far is one of the best ever. Her professionalism, friendliness, attention to details and customer service is just outstanding. I will go so far as she has changed my life in ways one cannot imagine. Highly recommend Dr. MacPherson!

I see Fern has de...

I see Fern has deleted all the negative comments. I had to go to another denturist as Fern refused to fix the ones she made. I found her confrontational and was very unhappy with her and the dentures. Other comments that were erased expressed the same opinion so I'm not the only one who experienced her wrath.

We are sorry that you are not happy with our service, the process with dentures is similar to wearing prescription eyeglasses – a person is required to get their eyes tested at different intervals and it is quite common for the prescription to change. A re-fit of the denture is required as changes occur in the mouth much like having to replace lenses in your eyeglasses as ones’ eyes change. We liaised with your Oral Surgeon to have you re-instated after you missed several appointments with him, in order to have your teeth extracted at the hospital so that it would be paid for by BC MSP. Originally when you got your teeth 4 years ago, you told us you were happy with the appearance of your denture and only quality products were used in making them. At the initial consultation we advised you of the treatment plan and what is involved with immediate denture in regards to; healing, shrinking and bone resorption. We also provided you with temporary relines (tissue conditioners) at no additional charge to capture the most change prior to getting your permanent re-line/re-base. It is unfortunate that you didn’t complete the treatment plan as it is standard to need a re-fit after placement of an immediate denture.

Best dentures I h...

Best dentures I have ever had. She dramatically improved my smile by compensating for a bad overbite and other cosmetic improvements in my new dentures. More suction than I have ever had. It is a joy to do business with someone who takes such pride in their work.

I am VERY HAPPY

I am from out of town and needed a tooth repaired on my partial plate. I called on a Monday afternoon and was in the next morning at 10:00 a.m. Both ladies (Fern and Faye) were very polite and welcoming. After a quick assessment and brief setting I was told to return in an hour. When I got back my plate was ready and it was a perfect fit!!! Maybe even better than they were originally!!! All this and an extremely low cost!!! I highly recommend anyone looking for new dentures or a fix to see these ladies!!!!
