Not interested in customer satisfaction!
The worst experience. When JC finished, I pointed out something I wanted changed-he became angry and accused me of "disrespecting" him, told me I was "too picky", and asked me what I was going to do when my child (whom I was holding at the time) got older and did something that wasn't perfect. It would have taken him very little time to make the adjustment I wanted, but now I have to do it myself. Very unprofessional attitude and way too pricey for all the hassle. Shop around for someone else!
