Village Mall Walk In Clinic

Joke of a clinic. Arrived at 12:40. Was quoted an hour so I left and came back. Waited another hour in waiting room and nearly half hour waiting for the doctor. While waiting room stunk like dirty boots and body odour. NEVER COMING BACK

Well, all I needed was my refills done. Came WAYYYY early in case it was busy so I wouldn’t be late for work. They told me it would be an hour wait and to have a seat. Two hours go by and someone after me has their name called. I ask to see where I am on the list and they told me I was marked “away”.... WHEN I DID NOT LEAVE AT ALL. So unprofessional.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 5 years. The ladies at the front are usually very friendly. My doctor has been taking good care of me. Very appreciated since this is a chronic condition.

Was told 45 minute wait, came back after 30 minutes to wait another hour. Listened to front desk tell me there was one person ahead of us then she told the same thing to another person after I sat down. I can handle a busy office but it’s frustrating to have to listen to front end staff talk about their personal lives at the front desk and in the office beside the waiting room. 3-4 staff standing around visiting the whole time we were there. We left as my son was in too much pain to sit and wait

Treated us like 5 year olds, wouldn't listen to my symptoms and tried to sell us on a completely unrelated medication. It was ridiculous.
