I would not recommend this company. We had Mike out to do our first treatment he was in and out within 20 minutes. It didn’t work so we called them back again but they blamed us for it not working properly saying we were in there way. They told us we didn’t need to leave but the smell was digesting and with small kids we left anyways. They do not own up to this mistakes blaming the customer is never right! The treatment didn’t even work to begin with.. will go somewhere else!

I hired Pro-Tec Pest Control to address an ant problem at our of my rental properties in Red Deer. Although the first single application did not fully work, I communicated this to the owner and they responded with appropriate follow-up action. Overall I was happy with their response and felt like I was treated fairly. They stand behind their work.
