Wonderful service! Exceptional client care! We came to this clinic after a very bad experience at the other one. Beautiful, well trained, very friendly staff! We did not spend any extra time there! Got great help for our kitty!

The staff at chinook were absolutely fantastic in handling my cat. At a different pet clinic in lethbridge, they carelessly ticked her off and made it more difficult, where as the women who perfomed the essentials of a checkup were quick and careing. There was hardly a fuss as they knew what they were doing. They were also not preassuring or upsaling me in anyway, and the price of the apt was so good, i didnt feel taken adventage of! I would recomend this place to anyone!

I have been going to Chinook Pet Clinic for 10 months and am very pleased with the service. The staff (reception, vet techs and the vets) are very friendly and personable. They understood how much my cat meant to me and I felt comfortable bringing her into them for treatments.
