U Mess It We Clean It

Avoid this business at ALL costs! Very unprofessional, makes a thousand excuses why he's 3 hours late, why he couldn't answer the phone to tell me the ETA (but could text me saying "Soon", why he only came by himself (Promised a team of 3) Id rather pay the 9 year old kid down the street to come clean my place.

Gave "U Mess It We clean it" a call for the silver package with the fall special, about $189 extra for furnace and hot water tank clean. A team of 2 cleaners arrived at 11:30 and told me it would take about 2.5 hours to clean 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom a kitchen and the furnace/hot water tank. Came back at 1:45 and they were just putting their supplies away. Done a walk through of the work done as well as a photo of the water drained from hot water tank it was nasty! Great value for the work!

owner just tries to impress and shmooze you. Paid 430 for a "fall" clean which meant full meal deal. My cupboards, dishwasher and oven tops weren't TOUCHED! Tried telling me that they needed written consent to clean gas stoves. Why didn't they ask then? Bad experience. Don't use them!!!!!

 April 25th. ...

 April 25th. Asked for a move out clean. House was completely empty nothing left in it. We asked that he do everything washing all the walls except the ones painted dark as we were going to re-paint after anyway. But the rest to do in full. He called us to come have a look at the upstairs as it was "almost" done we had a look at first glance for being almost done didn't look that bad. However upon completion inspection no attention to detail was done at all. Inside the closet wasn't touch none of the baseboards were done which we addressed at the beginning to be completed. The bathroom had a puddle of cleaner on the counter toilet and behind not touched. Asked him to fix the bathroom and he did then said he completed it only to go up and there's still a puddle of green cleaner! Easy to see on a white counter. Basement floors were just grazed with the mop no scrubbing still dirt on them. Baseboards not done corners still had pet hair. He quoted us 280$ to do full clean. Said he would have 2-3 guys and it would go quick however he showed up with just himself and took him from 330 till 930 to do such a crappyjob. We finally said either you come back tomorrow and we'll mark what needs to be cleaned better or you take 200$ and go. He chose to just take 200$. However upon further thinking wasn't even worth close to 200$ if I wanted to clean it my self I wouldn't have hired him!

Huge disappointme...

Huge disappointment. I strongly recommend NOT using this business. Long story short: - Showed up 1.5 hours late. - There were supposed to be 3 cleaners and 1 showed up. - I was lied to. He texted me to say he was almost finished the upstairs at 1 and when I arrived at 2 he was still working on the master bathroom and had done nothing else. -Cleaned my new oven with the oven racks in on self-clean. -Used my clean washing machine to wash mop heads. - Didn't finish job. Asked him to leave.

Book and confirme...

Book and confirmed an appointed for 9.30am. When the day arrived no one phoned or showed up at 9.30am. I phoned and spoke to their manager who stated the payment method they accept and that they will be here soon. 12 noon still no one showed or had the decency to phone. At after 2pm someone phoned to say I kept bothering them (by trying to confirm appointment) and for that reason they are not coming out. What a sorry excuse for their incompetence. My whole morning wasted. BE AWARE.
