Don’t go here - I just went for a fast polish change - she barely filed my nails and didn’t trim them. Charged me $40 and rubbed oil all Over my feet just as I was about to leave so it was very slippery. On top of all of that the girls working we’re very rude they couldn’t communicate well they were snickering at the woman who walked in asking how long they would be until they could see her. Overall a terrible experience don’t go

Very rude! Been to this salon twice and the ladies glare at you when you walk in and don’t greet you. First time I made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes as they had taken too many walkins. Second time I walked in and they turned me away and told me to come back later but never offered me an appointment time. Did a poor job on my nails and never tried to make conversation. Q nails on stony plain road is much better.

Absolute WORST na...

Absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Will not go back and will not recommend it to anyone!!! Horrible customer service and lack of up to date products. As I arrived I was not greeted, I was made to feel like more of a bother than anything. Go anywhere but here!!!!

The reviews for Kim are spot on, he's awesome. My nails are always done meticulously. Kim no longer works at Q Nails though.
