Not every boutique calls its clientele "cosmetics junkies," but that's a term bandied about loosely at Lux Beauty Boutique. Naturally, it's used with no shortage of endearment for its loyal base.
"A lot of our clients are very passionate about beauty products," says Katryna Yasinski, marketing manager at Lux. "They follow publications and products shown online, so they know about all the brands and new stuff coming out. They really are engaged with beauty products, so they know what they want."
Chances are, what they want is among the lines taking up almost every inch of counter and wall space in the shop, tucked away in the High Street area. Its website lists more than 300 products, ranging from skin and hair care to body and bath lines, with updated notices informing visitors on new items hitting the store and others that have sold out.
"We're current with what’s new and exciting and new in the beauty world, so we want to make sure there are enough options for everybody," says Katryna.
