Worst manicure and customer service
I visited Jenny's nails with a groupon for a shellac manicure. The overall experience was terrible. Not only was the manicure bad, but I left feeling very upset by the way she treated me. First off, I booked my appointment for 9:30am on a saturday. I arrived at 9:25am, and pulled into a completely empty parking lot. The lights were off, and no one was there. I waited a bit, and tried the phone number several times, with no answer. I finally checked their hours on the website, and it said they don't open until 10am on saturdays. I finally got in at 9:50, and was rudely greeted by Jenny. She insisted that I was late for my appointment. I explained to her that I had arrived on time and that no one was there, the door was locked, and I called several times. She proceeded to give me the worst manicure I have ever seen. She rushed through the entire process. She didn't even properly remove my old nail polish, she just started painting over top of it. It looked like a huge mess. She filed my nails so quickly that they were actually crooked. The hand massage was rough, and again, very rushed. At one point she left my hands in the UV dyer for 10 minutes straight so that she could go work on another client. The result was lumpy, you could still see my old polish, there were bubbles in the polish, it was the worst manicure I have ever seen. She refused to remove the polish after I told her I was unsatisfied with the result. It was all very upsetting, and I will never return. I am not one to usually write reviews online, but I was so upset by the service, I needed to share my experience.
