Absolutely horrib...
Absolutely horrible customer service. Lisa, the main contact for JLR property management is an absolutely awful person to deal with. She is so passive aggressive and will not listen to residents. Do yourself a huge favour and stay away from JLR. My biggest regret is having her company as our management team.
